Join the Y and make a difference! The Dubuque Community Y is hiring multiple Group Leaders at our brand-new Early Learning Center facility, located at 7788 Chavenelle Rd, Dubuque, IA 52002. Both Part Time jobs are available!
Specific Openings:
Part Time- Group Leader at the Early Learning Center, looking for staff available to work either of the following:
In our infant classroom from 6:00-11:00AM or 2:00-6:00PM M-F
In our toddler classroom 6:00-10:30am M-F
Full Time- Flexible Substitute Group Leader- must have flexibility to work at different sites and different hours based on program needs.
Starting at $14/hour, this position also includes a free Y membership, and meals are provided if your shift is during a mealtime. No nights or weekends are required, and we are closed most holidays! Sign on bonuses also available for those that qualify.

Qualified candidates will:
- Provide a quality experience to children and parents that focuses on building achievement and belonging
- Be familiar (or willing to become familiar) with child management techniques and appropriate child behavior
- Following CACFP food programming guidelines, will assist with snack preparation, serving, and clean-up
- Be familiar (or willing to become familiar) with DHS regulations and obtain educational requirements as required by DHS
