Director of Corporate Partnerships
The Director of Corporate Partnerships will be responsible for negotiating and executing corporate partnerships, with a primary focus on new business development. He/she will meet directly with local, regional, and national companies to drive overall sales and investment opportunities for the Dubuque Fighting Saints. His/her focus will be on selling integrated partnerships that include marketing rights, entitlements, promotions, media (digital, social, radio and print), permanent and digital signage, hospitality/suites, community programs, and special events. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for the overall management of several existing corporate partnerships, including identifying new revenue streams, creating value-added opportunities, and developing mutually beneficial market activation programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Research, prospect, and establish leads for corporate relationships, followed by an introductory needs analysis and discovery meeting utilizing a consultative sales approach.
· Prepare and present tailored proposals to corporate decision makers.
· Collaborate with President and other key members of the organization and service teams to drive business growth and achieve our objectives.
· Ensure contractual fulfillment with an emphasis towards maximizing cross-promotional opportunities and exceeding partners’ business goals.
· Achieve individual annual sales goals and contribute to surpassing overall department revenue targets.
· Optimize category yield across major segments by securing fully integrated partnerships.
· Submit weekly reports to track prospects and partner sales activities.
· Work game days and special events to entertain existing partners and prospective clients.
· Work closely with other departments to implement and manage corporate partner-related programs.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.

· Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.

· Prior ticket system knowledge is preferred but not required
Education and Formal Training
· Degree in sports management/marketing/business or related field preferred.
Experience
· Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional sports corporate partnerships sales experience required.
