Duties:
- Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and other medical procedures
- Administer medications and vaccines under the direction of a veterinarian
- Perform laboratory tests such as blood work and urinalysis
- Take and develop X-rays
- Provide nursing care to hospitalized patients
- Educate clients on pet health and wellness
- Maintain accurate medical records
Qualifications:
- Veterinary Technician Training
- Proficiency in veterinary terminology and procedures
- Experience in animal handling, care, and catheterization
- Knowledge of dog training techniques
- Digital record keeping
