Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of donuts according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and donut preparation area.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about products.
- Operate the cash register system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Uphold food safety standards and practices throughout all food preparation processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a quick service fast food restaurant or grocery store setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus.
- Culinary skills or experience in food preparation is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
