Responsibilities:
Develop and grow the catering and event business, including corporate orders, private parties, and community events.
Manage inbound catering inquiries, providing quotes and recommendations to clients.
Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and delivery.
Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations to generate new leads.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Track and report sales performance, meeting revenue goals.
Assist in social media and marketing efforts to promote catering and events.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in catering, events, or hospitality sales is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple events at once.
Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales goals.
Comfortable using email, phone, and social media for client outreach.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Pay: $14 per hour
Commission: Earn a percentage of catering/event sales, providing unlimited earning potential!
