COMPANY BACKGROUND: Ducker Land Management INC is a Henderson County based construction company. We are experienced in all types of commercial and residential land management including:hardscape, retaining walls, pavers, concrete, grading, and outdoor living projects. We provide quality installs and quality materials to accomplish each project. We are builders at heart and truly emphasize owner satisfaction, quality and safety on our projects. JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Assist with various construction tasks as directed by the supervisor or project manager- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans- Assist with concrete placement and finishing- Assist with retaining wall installment

- Assist in hardscape installation- Collaborate with construction management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget- Fabricate and assemble materials according to specifications- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Must be able to operate an excavator and skid steer

- Possession of a Commercial Drivers License is preferred but not required

- Good communication skills with other Crewman, Business manager, and Owner

- Good worth ethic

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Drivers license
• Clean background check
• Clean drug test
• 2 years of experience in construction
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work as team
• Customer service skills
• Good worth ethic
• Good communication skills with other Crewman, Business manager, and Owner

*Possession of a Commercial Drivers License is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
