Ducklings Early Learning Center in Downingtown is seeking a caring and dedicated Infant Assistant Teacher to join our team! This role involves supporting the lead teacher in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants. Responsibilities include assisting with feedings, diaper changes, and nap schedules, engaging infants in developmentally appropriate activities, and maintaining a clean and organized classroom.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Experience working with infants in a childcare setting (babysitting and nannying experience counts!)
- Patience, warmth, and a passion for early childhood education
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and parents
- Must meet state childcare requirements
