Toddler Assistant Teacher – Ducklings Early Learning Center, Downingtown
Ducklings Early Learning Center in Downingtown is seeking a compassionate and energetic Toddler Assistant Teacher to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Support the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate activities and lesson plans.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Assist with diapering, potty training, meals, and nap routines.
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff.
Requirements:
- Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or similar setting preferred.
- A passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
