Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in nightclubs, restaurants, or catering settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure an enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist in managing inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods.
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and enhance their overall experience.

Skills

• Previous experience working in a nightclub, restaurant, or catering environment is preferred.
• Strong basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
