Duckworth's Grill & Taphouse is Now Hiring Friendly People! We are hiring SERVERS at our REA FARMS Location.

We are looking for Servers with full availability.

Duckworth's is a full service restaurant & bar with a strong customer service focus. We opened our first location is 2004 and have since expanded into Charlotte & Lake Norman neighborhoods. We have always been family owned and operated. Our focus on great food, cocktails and an incredible array of craft beer keeps our loyal fans returning week after week. You too can build a group of regular guests who make a special trip to enjoy your one of a kind levels of service and hospitality. Your unique style of service is exactly what we are searching for.

We are looking for Positive and Energetic People who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
• Must be Team Player
• Moderate craft beer knowledge recommended
• Effective communication and active listening skills for conversing with guests
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws dealing with the consumption of alcohol
• Impeccable customer service skills and social perceptiveness
• Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness
• Oriented toward serving others and helping customers
• Accountability in processing customer payments
• Strong time management and organizational skills
