Laundromat Attendant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Clean public areas to ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Assist with Wash, Dry, Fold services as needed, ensuring items are processed efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for cash handling responsibilities.
• Ability to clean efficiently while adhering to health and safety standards.
• Experience with cash registers and cash handling is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
