Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Field Technician to join our growing team in Orlando, FL. This full-time, on-site position involves performing NADCA-compliant air duct and HVAC system cleaning services at customer sites throughout Central Florida.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning HVAC components and ductwork using negative air machines, agitation tools, and other NADCA-recommended equipment
• Documenting work performed
• Ensuring all work meets NADCA standards for safety, cleanliness, and performance
• Availability to work after hours and on weekends, as required.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of performing hands-on tasks, including the use of power tools and working in elevated, confined, or restricted spaces such as ladders, crawl spaces, attics, and tight access areas.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able and prepared to travel to customer sites both within Florida and out-of-state as needed
• Prior experience in air duct cleaning, HVAC maintenance, or IAQ services is highly desirable but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
