LUXURY PET RESORT - FRONT DESK CLIENT SERVICES

Front Desk Client Associates are responsible for the Front Desk at our Luxury Pet Resort. You'll need to be Up-beat, have a great outgoing personality, comfortable on the phone as in person, comfortable around people, computers and pets, and understand what SERVICE (and a bit of selling!) is all about.

LUXURY PET RESORT in the West End, Glen Allen, looking for additional Front Desk personnel who want to be PROUD of where they work, and can display that presence!

This position requires working independently with minimal supervision, always representing the company is a positive exciting fashion. You'll be the face, the 'in' and the 'out' of our guests, and the interface to our computer system too. You will be focusing on the greetings and check-in of our guests and students, sales in the boutique, and check-out when its time for them to leave. Your tool is telephone, our marketing efforts, our computer reservation and sales system. A bit complex, a bit convoluted, but all encompassing! You need to be equally talented in people-skills and the related computer skills. YOU make the difference here!

Looking for more people NOW for both FULL TIME (35 hours) and PART TIME (20 hours).

We're here 7 days a week (that's Hospitality!) so these spots REQUIRE rotating Saturday and/or Sunday work!
