About The Job
Dudek’s Proposal Marketer IV manages proposals as a key member of the proposal team under the direction of the Proposal Services Manager. The ideal candidate has strong proposal writing and communication skills, experience in the environmental / engineering industry, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to manage concurrent proposal deadlines. This role is responsible for managing proposals of varying size and complexity. Duties involve managing contributing authors, maintaining tasks and schedules, facilitating proposal meetings, and ensuring Dudek brand and quality.
Dudek’s marketing team is a streamlined group that supports our project managers to develop new work and market clients with our diverse service offerings. Our Proposal Marketers work closely with each other, project managers, and technical specialists to develop strong content for proposals and other marketing communications, as needed.

Proposed Salary Range : $98,000 - $120,000 annually
