About The Job
The Senior Business Systems Analyst (SBSA) plays a critical role on the Business Systems team to keep internal systems efficient and support Practices and Firmwide Services.  
  The mission of the Business Systems team is to deliver scalable, integrated solutions that empower the Practices and Firmwide Services teams to achieve their goals, maximize revenue, and enhance operational efficiency. By streamlining processes and enhancing data accuracy, the team supports informed decision-making and operational excellence.  
 As the Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in implementing technical solutions and system enhancements, optimizing workflows, developing process improvements, troubleshooting and responding to urgent business needs across multiple platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities (may include some or all of the below): 
•    Provide advanced functional and technical support for core business systems, including but not limited to Deltek Vantagepoint, Dayforce, Airtable, Elevia, Spreadsheet Server etc. and prospective systems will include Replicon, Concur and other software/tools. 
•    Lead system enhancements, configurations, and integrations to improve business processes and operational efficiency. 
•    Analyze and translate business needs into technical requirements, collaborating with IT and third-party vendors for implementation. 
•    Act as an escalation point for complex system support issues, ensuring rapid resolution. 
•    Partner with business stakeholders to document, evaluate, and optimize workflows, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. 
•    Develop and execute test plans for system upgrades, patches, and new implementations. 
•    Provide training and guidance to end users, ensuring adoption and proficiency in business systems. 
•    Support the development of system roadmaps and project prioritization to align with organizational objectives. 
•    Mentor and collaborate with junior analysts, fostering knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement. 
•    Assist with reporting and data analysis to support business decision-making and performance monitoring. 
•    Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business systems. 

Minimum Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, enterprise system administration, or a similar role. 
•    Hands-on experience with ERP, HRIS, and business workflow tools, with strong preference for experience with Deltek Vantagepoint and Dayforce. 
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements. 
•    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and system requests in a fast-paced environment. 
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively. 
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence decision-making. 
•    Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data visualization platforms is a plus. 
•    Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks is a plus.

  • This job operates in a remote or office-based environment and this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, etc.
  • This job requires occasional project site visits-based outdoors which can include excessive noise, uneven walking surfaces, extreme weather, moving vehicles and equipment.

Proposed Salary Range: $80,000-$112,000 annually*
*Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual’s related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
