Summer Clerical SHRHSThe Summer Clerk shall perform other related job tasks as assigned by the Principal, Assistant Principals, and the SHRHS Administrative Assistant.Qualifications: Education: High School diploma, higher education degree or advanced administrative support training preferredExperience: Minimum of 1 year support experience, previous successful work experience may substitute for listed qualificationsSkill Set: Excellent oral and written communication skills, Knowledge of functions and clerical operations of an administrative office, knowledge of modern office procedures, methods and equipment, as well as computer operations and software, such as word-processing, spreadsheets and databasesEssential Functions: Performs a variety of complex and highly responsible duties in the SHRHS Office. Serves as clerk and supports the functions of the SHRHS office. Responsibilities: Maintains confidentiality of privileged information, including the maintenance of confidential files.Composes correspondence, reports and commendations upon the direction of the Principal or independently as needed.Oversees, reviews, sorts, and routes all correspondence to the Principal and SHRHS Guidance Department.
