Dudley DeBosier is looking for an experienced Project Manager and Difference Maker!
The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing marketing projects/campaigns/initiatives on a specific timeline and budget.
JOB DUTIES
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within the budget.
- Identify all tasks that need to be completed within each campaign and delegate responsibilities while monitoring the deadline.
- Manage and enhance the firms brand image and reputation through various marketing initiatives, including advertising, content creation, and public relations efforts.
- Manage and oversee all brand assets creation and timeline distribution of marketing content. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies that are aligned with the firms goals and target audience.
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing to increase the firms online visibility and attract leads.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, evaluate the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to provide regular reports. Also tracking Lead Generation and looking for patterns in our leads and sign ups.
- Collaborate with attorneys, partners, or legal assistants to gather insights, coordinator marketing efforts, and ensure consistency in messaging.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal and ethical guidelines based on the LSBA requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in marketing and legal services.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Exceptional organization, communication, decision-making, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects independently and keep things moving.
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Four-year college degree in marketing/communications or a related field.
