Dudley Land Company is searching for a GIS Analyst to join our team. The GIS Analyst is responsible for overall support for the GIS department through creating & maintaining accurate GIS data and maps, identifying, and troubleshooting issues, and communicating effectively with the GIS department, Managers, Landmen, and Clients.

- Bachelor’s degree required in Geography/GIS/Urban Planning/Computer Science or Engineering; OR any 4-year degree in combination with a University GIS Certification
- GIS experience within the Oil & Gas, ROW, Utilities, or other energy related industries preferred
- Excellent skills in the use of ArcGIS Desktop, Pro and Online products
- Strong data management skills and familiarity with database concepts
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proven excellent customer service orientation and ability to interface in a positive manner with internal and external customers at various organizational levels and from diverse cultures
- Experience with Microsoft Office products with emphasis on Excel
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Passion, idealism, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed
