Business Development
· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development plans aligned with the firm’s growth objectives and market opportunities.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with current and potential clients, including government agencies, private developers, and industry partners.
· Market Research: Identify emerging trends, new markets, and business opportunities in the engineering and construction sectors.
· Proposals and Presentations: Oversee the development of winning proposals, RFQ/RFP responses, and client presentations.

Leadership

Education & Experience
