General Role Description
- Provide direction, coordination, planning and completion of profitable engineering projects. Supervise project managers throughout the project life cycle, particularly in the initial set up and prior to delivery.
- Manage project teams and designs independently and to a high degree of quality.
- Excel in conducting quality assurance (QA) reviews per company guidelines.
- Understand and track financial information related to Clients under your responsibility.
- Represent the firm in meetings with clients.
- Understand and explain designs and design choices to clients and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years structural design experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE)
Leadership

- Manage and mentor project managers and project engineers from both an engineering and leadership perspective (teaching how to be great engineers and great leaders)
