DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and high-quality results.
• Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely progress.
• Maintain and enforce a safe and clean job site, adhering to all applicable safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and walkthroughs, ensuring quality control and addressing any potential issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting as necessary to ensure on-time completion.
• Communicate effectively with other team members to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes.
• Review and approve construction documentation, permits, and other project-related materials.
• Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and standards for quality and performance.
• Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Superintendent in residential construction projects
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
• Proficiency in construction management software
• Proficiency in Office 365 Suite of software.
• Excellent project scheduling and budgeting skills
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively
• Demonstrated experience in quality control
• Strong supervisory and management skills with a focus on team leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
