Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)
We’re seeking a hands-on and creative Marketing Assistant to contribute to our marketing efforts with a focus on digital and social media campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to in the hospitality and event industry.

Responsibilities:
Develop engaging social media content (posts, stories, videos) that resonates with our audience.
Research and apply trending hashtags to expand our online reach.
Collaborate with team members to produce promotional materials (flyers, newsletters, and digital content).
Organize and manage photo and video content from tours, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and help implement marketing ideas to attract new customers.
Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Conduct research on emerging travel trends and identify new marketing opportunities.
Help maintain and update our websites with fresh, engaging content.
Write blog posts to promote our experiences and share stories about outdoor recreation.
Monitor marketing performance metrics and compile reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Ability to manage website content using Wix, ensuring it remains up-to-date and user-friendly.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with photo and video editing.
Organized and proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Canva.
Design experience is a plus (Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, etc.).ign effectiveness
Position Details: Part-time: 12-24 hours per week. Flexible weekday schedule with some weekends. Compensation: $12-$14 per hour, based on experience. Bonuses based on Performance.
