Dueall Construction has an immediate opening for a new team member to join our Pre-Construction Department as a Pre-Construction Project Manager. Dueall Construction provides re-construction services for residential and commercial buildings in the State of Florida. The selected candidate will work out of our Bradenton, FL office.
As a Pre-Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the initial stages of construction projects, ensuring all pre-construction activities align with project goals and objectives. Your role will involve a combination of material estimation, cost analysis, coordination, and strategic planning to ensure the seamless transition from design concept to construction.

Here’s the work you get to do:
- Material Estimation & Cost Management: Using estimating software to accurately determine the materials required for construction projects, ensuring cost-effective planning and budget control.
- Review of Construction Documents: Evaluate construction documents and collaborate with engineers, architects, and consultants to ensure adherence to project standards, project quality and regulatory compliance.
- Project Planning & Coordination: Oversee all pre-construction activities, including budgeting, scheduling, vendor engagement, and risk assessment, to align project objectives.
- Scheduling & Strategy Meetings: Actively participate in daily team strategy sessions to allocate task effectively and participate in weekly company goal meetings to support performance and efficiency improvements
- Job Site Collaboration: Visit job sites to work closely with the field team, ensuring high -quality execution while maintaining projected profitability results.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, minimizing delays and disruptions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the pre-construction phase, ensuring clear communication and project success.
- Seamless Handoff to Construction Team: Provide comprehensive project documentation and communicate key details to the construction team to facilitate a smooth transition.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required – Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management
- 3 years of experience in construction or estimating
- Working knowledge of residential construction, business process, and software systems preferred
- Ability to multitask requires strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Incorporate a balance of urgency and quality into all tasks and directives.
- Excellent verbal, written, and technical communication skills.
