Dueall is seeking a reliable and hands-on Assistant Superintendent to help oversee daily field operations on residential and commercial restoration projects. You’ll work side-by-side with the Superintendent and project team to ensure work is performed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards—serving as a key point of contact for subcontractors, crews, and inspections.

Our work spans stucco repair, cladding remediation, waterproofing, painting and finishing, and construction defect correction. Whether it’s a large-scale HOA renovation or a commercial building restoration, we blend technical expertise with creative problem-solving to restore beauty, integrity, and performance to every project we touch.
Here’s the work you get to do:
- Daily Field Oversight: Assist the Superintendent in supervising daily field operations, including subcontractor activities, material deliveries, and task sequencing.
- Schedule Coordination: Monitor progress against the schedule, help identify delays or gaps in coverage, and assist with daily updates and planning.
- Quality & Safety Monitoring: Conduct site walks to ensure work meets quality expectations, safety standards, and contractual scopes.
- Subcontractor Communication: Act as a liaison between the field and the office—answering questions, reinforcing scopes, and escalating issues when needed.
- Documentation & Support: Help maintain daily logs, photo documentation, punch lists, and inspection records. Ensure jobsites are organized and compliant at all times.
Here’s what makes you a great fit for this role:
- 2–4 years of experience in construction field supervision, coordination, or related trades
- Strong working knowledge of exterior building systems (stucco, cladding, paint, etc.) preferred
- Ability to read plans and scopes of work
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communicator with a proactive, hands-on work style
- Comfortable using mobile apps and basic reporting tools for documentation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
