Dueall is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead exterior remediation and restoration projects for residential and commercial properties. From stucco failures to waterproofing breakdowns, you’ll guide on-site teams to tackle tough problems and turn them into stunning results.

Here’s the work you get to do:
- Team Leadership & Field Oversight: Lead on-site crews with clarity, energy, and direction. Foster a positive job site environment that promotes accountability and performance.
- Client & Partner Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, vendors and homeowners. Serve as the key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Scheduling & Resource Coordination: Develop and manage schedules, coordinate trades, and allocate resources to keep projects on time and within scope.
- Safety & Quality Assurance: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and project quality benchmarks. Conduct regular inspections and resolve issues proactively.
- Issue Resolution & Field Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges and make smart, swift decisions to resolve issues before they impact timelines or budgets.
Here’s what makes you a great fit for this role:
- You have 5 years of experience in construction leadership or project supervision roles
- You bring experience in restoration or exterior remediation (stucco, waterproofing, cladding, etc.)
- You’re resilient under pressure and adaptable when field conditions shift
- You’re results-driven, take ownership, and follow through to completion
- You communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and maintain a strong job site presence
- You bring customer focus and leadership potential to every job
- You’re tech-savvy with project management tools and general Microsoft Office proficiency
- College degree preferred, but not required for the right experience
