Dueall is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead exterior remediation and restoration projects for residential and commercial properties. From stucco failures to waterproofing breakdowns, you’ll guide on-site teams to tackle tough problems and turn them into stunning results.

Here’s the work you get to do:
- Project Execution & Oversight: Manage all phases of assigned construction projects—from pre-construction to closeout—ensuring timely completion, quality execution, and adherence to budgets.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with field staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment and execution of scope. Support a positive, productive work environment on-site.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong working relationships with property managers, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams. Communicate project updates and address concerns promptly.
- Budget Management & Documentation: Assist in the creation and management of project budgets. Track change orders, RFIs, communication logs, and project records accurately and consistently.
- Scheduling & Resource Planning: Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure alignment with key milestones. Adjust timelines and coordinate resources as needed.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Implement quality control procedures and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and all applicable building standards.
- Issue Resolution & Field Problem Solving: Identify challenges early and work collaboratively to resolve them efficiently and effectively—before they escalate.
Here’s what makes you a great fit for this role:
- 5 years of experience in construction project management, field supervision, or related roles
- Hands-on knowledge of restoration or remediation projects (stucco, waterproofing, cladding, etc.)
- Comfortable reading blueprints, scopes, and specifications
- Strong communication skills—you keep projects moving and teams informed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project software
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and building code compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Driven, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure
