Salary : $120,000 - $140,000 ($240,000 OTE Yr 1) Options

The Role
Duel is on the hunt for an exceptional Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team, in New York. You’ll pursue a strategic list of named accounts, think global iconic billion-dollar brands where brand advocacy is a business strategy discussed inside the C-suite and boardroom. You’ll be engaging with CMOs, VPs of Brand, and VPs of Marketing at some of the world’s most innovative and inspiring retail, beauty and fashion brands, educating them on the power of brand advocacy with Duel’s cutting-edge SaaS platform.
You’ll drive new revenue growth by selling into leading retail, fashion, and beauty brands. This role is for a true hunter, someone who can build pipelines, prospect into enterprise accounts, and build high-value relationships. You’ll be one of the first boots on the ground in New York, leading the charge in building the Duel brand from the ground up. You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation to closing 6 to 7 figure deals. You’re the one who will kick down doors, serve as the face of our brand, and create magic from scratch.
We’re looking for someone who will…
Own the full sales cycle : prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close 6 -7 figure enterprise deals to drive substantial revenue growth
Proactively identify new business within the Enterprise segment
Engage directly with C-level and VP marketing executives of brands, to build face-to-face relationships, navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Collaborate with product and customer success teams to present tailored solutions to secure new accounts and build long-term relationships
Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance sales tools and ABM strategies
Meet and exceed revenue targets consistently
Stay informed on industry trends and dynamics to uncover new opportunities
We’d love to hear from you if...
You have 7 years of B2B SaaS, ideally MarTech sales experience, targeting enterprise brands; proficiency with sales frameworks like MEDDPICC
You have extensive experience in generating new business and securing net-new clients, with examples of high-value deals closed
You have extensive experience managing complex multi-threaded negotiations and closing high-value, long-cycle contracts
You have experience selling to CMOs or senior marketing leaders
You know how to effectively use analytics, sales tools, and dashboards to optimise a data-driven sales strategy, account plan and forecast outcomes
You’ve seen this movie before, you thrive in start-up / scale-up environments, with adaptability, and an ability to “work off your own steam”

We have a growing team of people on the ground in our NYC office as well as HQ's in London & Bristol, UK
Although our approach to hybrid working is flexible, priority for this role will be given to people based in New York City, within a commutable distance to Manhattan. We are keen to spend some days each week in a shared space partnering with the VP of Sales and the wider sales team.
