Resident Relations Specialist
Primary Function: The primary function of the Resident Relations Specialist is to support our Property Management company, provide a positive experience for our Corvallis office location, and support our customer interactions. This role reports to the Resident Relations Manager. Additionally, our Resident Relations Specialist helps support other departments doing various property management tasks as requested, as well as providing excellent customer service to our valued residents, vendors, team members, and community members. The Resident Relations Specialist must maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail throughout the process to ensure the work completed meets company standards and related KPIs are achieved.
Administrative
- Greet all residents, vendors, owners, and public as they enter the office
- Keep office clean & professional
- Key management
Resident Relations
- Answering and directing phone calls & emails from residents
- Assisting as requested with Leasing tasks
- Communicate with residents to address their issues, complaints, and concerns
- Create notices and other legal documents for residents; adhere to ORS 90 for required communications
- Creating and explaining non-compliance notices or violations and discussing resident issues with the Resident Relations Manager
- Acting as the initial point of contact for resident issues that fall outside the scope of bookkeeping and maintenance
- Communicate and sell the Resident Benefits Package to current and future residents
- Complete rental reference requests
- Conduct resident appreciation tasks
- Schedule and Review Annual Inspections
- Managing utilities, renter’s insurance, and key pick up appointments for new residents while creating an excellent move-in experience.
- Communicate the policy and process 30-day notices and lease breaks for residents
- Communicate lease renewal options and prepare new contracts

Hours: M-Thu 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-4pm, Lunch daily 12pm-1pm
