The Assistant Director is responsible for supervising area services and employees, assisting with billing processes, and ensuring operations run smoothly in the absence of the Director and Associate Director. This role ensures compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and policies while serving as a role model and educator for employees.
Supervise and support area services and staff to maintain quality operations.
Assist with billing functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee services and daily operations in the absence of the Director and Associate Director.
Ensure compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and organizational policies.
Provide training and guidance to employees, fostering professional development.
Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating leadership, professionalism, and ethical behavior.
Other duties as assigned.
:
Two years' management experience in community-based services preferred.
Must possess and maintain current, valid driver's license, pass a driving record check and may, depending on Agency needs, be required to have available an automobile with required state insurance coverage for purposes of transporting persons in service.
Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite, emphasis on Excel, and all Agency required systems.
