Receptionist Position (Foothills Corporate Center)
Tucson law firm seeking a full-time receptionist/ administrative assistant. The ideal candidate will have a large range of responsibilities while providing support to staff members, prospects, and clients to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities include:
· Handle all incoming calls, act and/or route calls appropriately
· Receive, open, sort, scan and distribute mail
· Filing, copying, and scanning
- Scheduling appointments which include updating client/prospect data in CRM, inputting appointment in CRM, inputting appointment on calendar and sending confirmation email/letter
- Handle inventory, anticipating and confirming needed supplies, ordering, shipping, verifying receipt of supplies and putting office supplies away timely
- Handle multiple projects using ability to prioritize, ask questions and meet deadlines
Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Ultimately, a receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes clients positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Pay rate will range from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour depending on experience.
