Assistant Director of Marketing Brief:
The primary responsibility of this position is to Support the Director of Marketing's goals and responsibilities, as well as spearheading team management and oversight of timelines and results of internal projects. This position oversees a company's promotion and advertising efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness, supports in agency management, and will report directly to the Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fully integrated communication and marketing strategies that support the mission, vision, goals and objectives of the company
- Drive business outcomes by bringing measurement to communication practices and providing a perspective that delivers confidence, integration and alignment.
- Participate in the development and creative direction of our locally tailored Brand Advertising campaigns (TV, radio, print…).
- Support senior leadership team planning, talking points and presentation development.
- Form and socialize a full view of the market and competitive dynamics.
- Manage and develop a team by mentoring and leading by example.
- Develop an annual marketing budget and monitor the budget to allocate funds appropriately.
- Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to measure the effectiveness of the marketing activities.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing campaigns appropriately. Stay up to date on current marketing trends to consistently engage and best reach the target audience.
- MVP Program management.
- Department invoicing and payroll tracking.
- Department SOP implementation and management.
- Cross department communications.
- Agency, vendor and 3rd party communications.
- Attend weekly design and marketing meetings, prepared to talk about what current projects are, as well as future ideas and suggestions.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business with a minimum of 7 years' experience, ideally in Hospitality or Food & Beverage fields.

Hours, Pay & Benefits:
· In office, weekdays.
· Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
· Salary to be determined based on qualification and experience.
· Medical, Dental, and Vision along with other benefit programs. Eligible to participate the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
· Paid Time Off applicable, per policy in Handbook.
· Life insurance: Company will pay two times the annual salary up to $100,000.
· MVP Card: $200 of Reward Dollars per month for personal use.
· Gym membership reimbursement up to $30/month with a minimum of 8 visits per month.
