They will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, such as taking orders, preparing drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review MVP program with guests and upsell menu items to improve their dining experience
- Maintain strong knowledge of MVP Program and menus to answer questions and make recommendations
- Input guest orders accurately into POS system and collect payment
- Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Clean bars, work areas, and tables to maintain a clean and organized environment
- Attempt to limit problems and liability related to guest's excessive drinking by informing managers
- Make all alcoholic beverages for bar guests as well as guests throughout the dining room via service bar
- Serve liquor, wine and bottled or draft beer
- Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies
- Serve food items to customers seated at the bar
