Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the front of house staff in a busy restaurant environment
- Manage and lead a team of servers, hosts, and bartenders to ensure excellent customer service
- Train new employees on restaurant procedures, service standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area to uphold hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with customers and staff effectively
- Understanding of hospitality management principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
-Schedule employees based on a budget of anticipated sales
-MUST have great customer service skills and ability to come up with solutions on the fly.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
