This Retail Operations Manager Job is for you if you Enjoy:

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the General Manager in daily operations; collaborate to manage multi-unit retail operations effectively.
- Oversee daily operations across multi unit locations within airport, ensuring consistency in policies, procedures, and customer service.
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff to drive sales, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while keeping shrink to a minimum.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide store navigation support.
- Set a high standard and lead by example to uphold a positive corporate image.
- Deliver top-notch customer service and maintain an attractive, well-organized stores.
- Ensure stores meet company standards in visual merchandising, inventory management, and overall presentation.
- Collaborate with leadership, HR and other departments to implement company-wide initiatives effectively.
- Manage staffing levels, hiring and training to ensure each location is adequately staffed with skilled employees.
- Manage Payroll and Expenses, manage labor efficiently, and keep monthly expenses within budget.
- Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements:
- 3 years of Retail Multi- Unit Management experience.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent organizational skills.
- Skilled in coordinating multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Strong time management and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with customers, team members, landlords, suppliers, and supervisors.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
