Inspire customers by providing an amazing shopping experience, including enthusiastic and helpful assistance, along with in-depth knowledge of our products.Provide flexible availability to work any shift, including weekends & holidaysJob Responsibilities :
Advise customers on the products, and other store items.Provide exemplary customer serviceCommunicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management.Maintain the highest visual standards, including displays, signage, and promotional items.Operate the POS systems, Cash and Credit Card TransactionsCollaborate with the team to keep our displays fresh and restock products.Participate in training and education sessionsGet involved in store theme days, events, new product launches, and training sessions.Help with inventory preparation and accuracyJob Qualifications :
Proven ability to achieve sales goals1 years specialty retail store experienceDemonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with customers and coworkersExcellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.Professional attitude, flexibility, and a positive approach to change.Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidaysMust be able to work on your feet all daySome unpacking and packing of materials when restocking supplies.Moving and setting up displays and event materials.High School Diploma or GED requiredOther Benefits :
