Job Summary: This position requires previous experience in a dental office as an office manager. In order to be a good fit for this position, you must feel comfortable working in a leadership position and possess a firm understanding of dental insurance and insurance coding.
The main responsibilities of this position include:
- respond efficiently to patient and doctor needs and inquiries
- ensure the delivery of quality dental care to patients
- resolve patient issues in accordance with company policies and procedures, healthcare regulations and dental board standards
- manage patient scheduling and direct patient traffic flow
- present treatment plans to patients
- organize and present financial arrangements to patients
- arrange payment schedules with patients
- oversee the processing of dental claims
- coordinate with dental insurance companies to ensure claims are paid
We offer competitive pay commensurate with experience, paid training and CE, holiday pay, and a 401k with match. The Full-Time position is for 4-5 days per week.
