We are seeking a self-motivated, proactive Coordinator to provide support to our Brand Management / Sales team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and nurture strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate efficient operations for the President through skilled administrative support
- Attend meetings and calls to ensure execution of action-items & follow ups
- Submit travel and expense reports in a timely fashion
- Assist in the creation of quotes, research and bidding process with brand managers
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as a backup for projects for brand managers during high-demand periods
- Ability to handle special projects and ad hoc requests as needed
Qualifications:
- 2-4 year’s experience as an Coordinator (print production background a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite
- Familiarity working in a fast-paced environment
- Responsive nature and ability to work outside normal business hours as needed
- Kind, collaborative approach to working within an organization
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
- Flexible personality, able to shift and adjust based on the situation
