We are seeking a hands-on Lead Production Assistant to join our team at Duggal Visual Solutions in our Brooklyn Navy Yard office. As a Lead Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production and installation of projects for our international clientele, including Fortune 500 companies.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to produce detailed 3D renderings and comprehensive presentations
- Work closely with the Innovation Lab Team to assist in the concept, design, production, and installation of projects
- Assist in the creation of detailed drawings and renderings under supervision
- Provide preliminary Design Assist on coordination of projects
- Support the verification of site details to aid in the design process
- Carry out field surveys of client spaces and provide documentation support
To excel in this role, you should have hands-on experience in display building and a comprehensive knowledge of various tools used in the industry. Additionally, the ability to work long hours, including travel, is essential. It is also important to have excellent interpersonal skills as you will be working closely with teams and clients.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or design, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong skills in 3D modeling and rendering software such as SketchUp, LightWave, 3DS Max, Vectorworks, Solidworks, Rhinoceros, and Cinema 4D
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of color, materials, and aesthetic form
- Dedication, passion, and a hands-on approach
Additional Information:
