As a Business Leadership Intern, you will work closely with our Leadership Teams to support various aspects of business operations within the ready-mix concrete industry. This internship is designed to provide exposure to strategic planning, process improvement, project management, and overall business development.
Responsible For:
- Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic business plans.
- Assist in analyzing market trends and industry data to identify growth opportunities.
- Operational Support:
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline and improve business processes.
- Support the implementation of operational efficiency initiatives.
- Project Management:
- Assist in planning and coordinating projects related to business development and process optimization.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze financial and operational data to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership review.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights to assist in strategic decision-making.
What we are looking for:
- Current college level student with major in Concrete Industry Management Program, summer between junior/senior year.
- Familiarity with all commonly used computer software (MS OfficeSuite, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to business operations in a dynamic industry.
