Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Performs daily maintenance and repairs for plant as directed by Plant Operator.
- Directs truck drivers delivering material to the plant.
- Responsible for daily housekeeping for the plant,
- Keeps equipment clean and prepares plant for move when needed.
- Maintains orderliness, cleanliness and safety at jobsite.
- Follows supervisor's instructions closely.
- An ability to mentor, train and manage employees.
- Strong ability to problem solve quickly and as needed.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to work with variety of people and positions.
- An unwavering focus on safety.
- Willingness to travel throughout Central and Western Minnesota, Northern Iowa and Eastern Dakotas.
- Walk, bend, kneel, lift, stretch and sit.
- Work outside in all weather conditions.
- Effectively handle lifting of various objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Regularly work extended | overtime hours, outdoors and in a variety of weather conditions at all project locations.
- Travel is required.
- Competitive pay range of $25 to $35 per hour, based on experience and background.
