GM Technician - Duramax Diesel HD Technician Experience
Duke Chevrolet GMC is searching for several fantastic GM Diesel / HD/ EV technician to join our service team. IF your reading this, then are you really happy where you are? We are a 55 year Chevrolet GMC dealer with a reputation for integrity, employee satisfaction and customer loyalty, and a great customer base. Qualifications
- Virginia State Inspectors License, in process, or willing to get it
- 5 Years of Duramax Diesel & HD experience with GM vehicles. EV a plus
- Strong teamwork skills
- Great Attitude
- Must have clean & valid driver's license

Responsibilities For Technicians
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership requirements and the up most ethics
- Perform Virginia State Inspections, maintenance, alignments, minor brake and suspension work
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
