What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Receptionist DCRT position at Duke City Recovery Toolbox?
DCRT is needing an additional team member for the following shift:
One (1) Full-Time position for Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm
Responsibilities: Patient Check-In, answer multi-line phone and direct calls to appropriate department, respond to patient inquiries, collect payment, keep records for daily closing, communicate pertinent patient information to the designated departments and collect urine samples, accepting calls for the clinical team, scheduling appointments as requested or required, organizing the participant flow of the department, consulting with the clinical team on organizational or infrastructural issues, filing clinical documents, communicating and/or collaborating with other departments, and assisting with ancillary duties as requested. Will be able to answer specific questions relating to the clinic, the treatment here, and the admission process, direct participants to other treatment programs that may better suit their needs, will be able to detect any participants who may be intoxicated or otherwise under the influence of some type of drug or other substance and alert the nursing staff for additional screenings.
***Must have cash handling experience
***This is an entry level position
