We are seeking a Program Manager to support the design and own coordination delivery of programs that best meet the needs and specifications of our clients. This includes managing all program logistics, liaising with clients, coordinating with other teams, and ensuring that all programs are designed and delivered successfully.

This includes managing all program logistics, liaising with clients, coordinating with other teams, and ensuring that all programs are designed and delivered successfully.
Key Elements of the Role
- Manage the entire program development process from start to finish, ensuring that program delivery meets or exceeds client expectations
- Collaborate closely with our leaders to deliver exceptional programs and cultivate cutting-edge leadership solutions, utilizing Duke CE's vast array of resources
- Coordinate with clients to assess their leadership development needs and objectives
- Collaborate with educators, other members of the program team, and partners to deliver high-quality programs
- Oversee program budgets, timelines, reporting, and evaluations
- Ensure that all program materials and learning materials are produced at the highest level of quality
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, program participants, and other stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree, or higher
- Experience in learning and development and learning management systems preferred
- Project management experience, with the ability to manage schedules, deadlines, resources, budgets, and reports. Project Management qualification desirable
- Experience working with remote/virtual teams
- Demonstrated teamwork skills, with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders across different teams, cultures, and geographies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility to working hours with the ability to travel and work outside of normal working hours
- Ability to be in the office four days per week (Monday to Thursday)
