Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team in the Lakeview Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic. This dynamic role involves working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care to patients, addressing their medical, psychiatric, and psychosocial concerns.
Main Duties:
- Coordinate the activities of other licensed and unlicensed care providers, ensuring effective teamwork and efficient care delivery.
- Develop and implement educational programs for patients and families, empowering them to manage chronic conditions and promote healthy behaviors.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement new programs and services, expanding the scope of care and improving patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in nursing or higher is preferred.
- Five years of relevant clinical experience is required.
- Candidates must hold current RN licensure in North Carolina and possess BLS certification.
