Job Description
We are looking for a skilled MRI Technologist to perform a variety of complex, specialized, and technical tasks associated with the operation of high field strength magnets. As a member of our imaging team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Loading and operating power injectors for contrast media administration
- Maintaining accurate patient records and providing orientation for new technologists
- Providing education and training for student technologists and facilitating research for the Duke Health System
- Performing complex tasks associated with the operation of high field strength magnets and related equipment
You will also be responsible for collaborating with radiologists and physicists to develop new protocols and MR imaging techniques.
