Architectural Designer (Graduate Architect)
Reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing.

This role involves architectural design drafting, detailing, construction documents, graphical depictions, and other associated tasks for residential and commercial construction projects. Close collaboration with the VP of Sales, design team members, VPs of each division, and project managers is required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop design documents for all phases of projects, including master plot planning, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to produce high-quality construction documents.
- Work with suppliers, vendors, and consultants to obtain necessary information for design completion.
- Assist in providing details or documents needed for permitting.
- Review drawings and documents to ensure compliance with company standards and building code requirements.
- Create renderings and generate 3D models as needed.
Selections & Field Work
- Support and/or lead field visits and site surveys, capturing as-built measurements.
- Contribute to construction administration activities, such as preparing construction sketches, submittal review, RFI responses, and on-site observations.
- Potential to manage junior designers based on experience.
- Capture meeting notes and project details in Salesforce.
Special Projects
- Run and lead special projects as needed, aligned with the strategic plan.
- Participate in company events when possible.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of full-time experience in various architectural design roles.
- Experience as a Project Architect on residential projects is preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; proficiency in Revit is also beneficial.
