Your work will have a direct impact on helping families navigate some of the most challenging periods of their lives.What You Will DoAs our Family Law Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for:Handling case management from start to finish, including managing court deadlines and appointments.Drafting, editing, and filing court documents, pleadings, and correspondences.Liaising between clients, attorneys, and the courts.Researching legal precedents and maintaining the organization of legal documents.Answering and returning client and potential client phone callsMiscellaneous office tasks, including filing and scanning documentsWhat You Will Need to SucceedIdeal candidates will have:Two years of experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably in Family Law.
