Partner with Functional leaders across the business to develop the Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy and lead Duke's CI resources to provide support and expertise, to create Flow across the organization. - Strong critical thinking and root cause problem solving ability; ability to ask catalytic questions to increase the velocity and impact of problem-solving efforts.

- Strategic agility, customer focus, decision quality, business acumen, drive for results
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, reduce complexity, develop and apply systems thinking.
- Bachelor's degree in a business field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10 years' experience in manufacturing; capital equipment manufacturing preferred.
- Experience leading teams of employees in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced knowledge/certification in Lean, TQM, Agile, 6Sigma, and related methodologies
- Typical office and factory environment.
- Travel requirement: Periodic overnight domestic, and infrequent international, travel may be required (approximately 10-20%)
