We are currently looking for an Associate Buyer to join our team!
Job Summary:
As an Associate Buyer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services essential for the organization's operations. You will be responsible for researching suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with vendors to secure favorable terms. Your goal is to obtain high-quality products or services at the best possible price while adhering to the company's policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Identify and evaluate suppliers for quality, cost, and delivery.
- Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate terms.
- Obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and collect product details.
- Ensure accuracy in order specifications and delivery timelines.
- Maintain records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
- Monitor inventory to avoid stockouts or excess.
- Resolve order and delivery issues, escalating as needed.
- Conduct market research on industry trends and pricing.

Job Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
