The Commercial Operations Analyst will serve at the critical intersection of customer operations, technology, and CI (Continuous Improvement) with a focus on driving productivity and efficiency of the commercial team. Most critically, the Commercial Operations Analyst will be charged with establishing and managing the necessary reporting, technology, and process infrastructure to enable commercial success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain current and implement new technologies as needed to support Duke's sales teams
- Collect, analyze, and interpret commercial data to provide actionable insights.
- Identify inefficiencies in current commercial business processes and recommend solutions.
- Manage update process and ensure accurate and timely updates of pricing
